To apply for PCMA bursary, please submit the following information to info:pacificchambermusic.org

1. Letter from the student explaining why they want to study music  (A letter written by their parent or guardian may be submitted for children under 13yrs old) with the following information:
   • Date of birth
   • Address
   • Instrument(s) and level
   • Years of studies
2. Copy of CRA Notice of Assessment (T451), showing household proof of income for 2018 or 2017
3. Letter of support from a music teacher or school teacher who can attest to the student’s work habits, achievements etc.
4. A video recording (2-10mins length) of the applicant playing the instrument for which the bursary is requested.
